Ron Paul: Secret Service security is 'form of welfare'

While his GOP rivals are with constant Secret Service protection, Ron Paul says he's skipping the government-provided security because it is a "form of welfare."

The Texas congressman discussed the ins and outs of the race for the Republican nomination last night on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno while Mitt Romney was racking up a big win in the Illinois primary.

He gamely made jokes about about Newt Gingrich's idea for a colony on the moon and a photo of a shirtless Rick Santorum at poolside.
