Dems Make Last-Ditch Pa. Pitch

If the House falls, Democrats don’t want Pennsylvania to be the culprit.

The party is sending a last-minute infusion of cash to the Keystone State, snatching up almost $2 million worth of airtime for the closing days before the election. That money is going to five competitive districts across Pennsylvania, as Democrats seek to build a firewall in one of the most target-rich states for the GOP.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has already spent more than $1.9 million on TV buys in the state this week, according to campaign finance data.
