Jerry Seinfeld Shuts Down Pro-Palestinian Activist with Hilarious Response

Comedian Jerry Seinfeld recently stirred controversy with his blunt response to a pro-Palestinian activist: "I don’t care about Palestine." The remark came after the activist attempted to engage Seinfeld on the Israel-Palestine conflict. Known for his no-nonsense comedic style, Seinfeld’s unapologetic dismissal sparked both backlash and praise, with many supporting his clear stance in favor of Israel.

During Seinfeld’s appearance at Saturday Night Live’s 50th anniversary on Sunday, social media user "Subway DJ" ambushed the comedian by asking to take a photo with him, flashing a peace sign, and yelling, "Free Palestine!”

Seinfeld, who is unapologetically Jewish, said, with a blank face, that he does not care about Palestine.

“That’s sad,” the “Subway DJ” responded.

Social media erupted in a fit of applause over Seinfeld’s answer, who has frequently called out pro-Palestinian activists at his shows since the Hamas-Israel war began in 2023.

Seinfeld is well-known for confronting critics, having previously addressed pro-Palestinian protesters at multiple performances.

In June, during a performance in Australia, Seinfeld was interrupted by anti-Israel hecklers. In response, he humorously remarked, “Tomorrow, we’ll read in the paper: ‘Middle East 100 percent solved thanks to the man at the Qudos Arena stopping Jewish comedian.’ They stopped him, and everyone in the Middle East just went, ‘Oh my God, let’s get along. We can’t do that.’”

Just days after Hamas attacked Israel, Seinfeld declared that he would “always stand with Israel and the Jewish people."
