Steele Pulls Out of RNC Race, Backs Cino

Michael Steele took the podium between the fourth and fifth rounds of voting to pull out from the RNC chairman race. He says it's clear the party wants to do something different and that he will step aside for others to lead.

He reminded everyone, however, that, despite the difficulties of the last few years,"We won."

He received a standing ovation.

He also asked that his supporters instead back Maria Cino.

"I exit stage right," Steele closed.
