After pushing through an extremely unpopular government take over of the American healthcare system, President Obama has appointed Donald Berwick, a man known to advocate for the rationing of health care, to oversee the new massive program. Obama bypassed Senate confirmation and questioning by appointing Berwick during recess. Berwick is another addition to the long list of President Obama's radical appointments.
