Ann Marie Curcio of Ocala, Florida, won a lotto ticket for $50,000. She tried to redeem it, but the state said it was a mis-print, leaving Curcio high and dry. She's now launching a law suit to redeem her prize, saying that there was no disclaimer on the ticket that allowed for such discrepancies.
