Yesterday was a banner day for bus references.
First, radio host Bill Cunningham said, "McCain threw me under the bus."
Then, during the Democratic debate, regarding her vote for the Iraq war, Barack Obama said Hillary Clinton helped drive the "bus into the ditch". (If that's true, I would argue that the surge is what pushed the bus out of the ditch).
Hmm. Is this a coincidence, or is the busing industry behind this?
