Wave of Former Reps. Hope to Retake Seats in Congress

Former Congressman Charlie Bass, R-N.H., became the latest to add his name to a growing list of ex-Reps. today.  Bass, who lost his seat during the 2006 election cycle, announced via conference call this morning that he plans to run again.  The man who beat Bass in '06, Rep. Paul Hodes, D, is leaving the House in a run for the Senate.

Bass joins ex-Reps. Steve Chabot, R-Ohio, Steve Pearce, R-N.M., Tim Walberg, R-Mich., and Mike Fitzpatrick, R-Penn., who have all announced they will be seeking their old seats.

Should GOP voters resurrect these former congressmen or vote in some fresh faces?
