Vice President Joe Biden has been booted from his primetime speaking position and has been replaced by Illinois Senator Dick Durbin, who unlike Biden, doesn't make major gaffes. Durbin will introduce President Obama after Biden officially accepts the Democratic Party nomination for vice president.
