On the campaign trail in New Hampshire, Hillary Clinton openly joked that the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin "doesn't have a soul."

He didn't it very funny. Of Clinton as future President Putin said this in a press conference: "At a minimum, a head of state should have a head."
