Getting the GOP online may seem so last year, but House Republican leadership is still running full steam ahead with a new plan to get more members using online media. Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-Wash.) heads a team that hopes to increase online outreach ahead of the 2010 mid-terms. They're doing it via a Final Four-style tournament, where Members can win points based on things like gaining more followers.
