Okay guys, I get it. The NRCC and RNC have to save face by continuing to support Scozzafava, despite vicious attacks on the validity of her conservative politics and alleged campaign finance fraud. But does that really mean they have to drop 300G to demonstrate that support? That's the amount they're spending on TV ads for Scozzy in the last week and a half alone! Can't they just treat this one with kid-gloves, instead of invoking the ire of the entire national conservative base just to play politics in upstate New York?
