Franko: "Yesterday, you agreed that the word "abortion" was not in the Constitution."
Soto: "Yes."
Franko: "Are the words birth control in the Constitution?"
Soto [with an amused grin]: "No."
Franko: "Is the word 'privacy' in the Constitution?"
Soto [now grinning ear to ear]: "No."
