Round 3 voting for RNC chair...this is getting interesting.

Priebus stays in the lead and gains two to get to 54.
Steele loses 4 but holds onto second with 33.
Wagner makes a 5-vote gain to get to 32.
Cino drops to 28.
Anuzis drops one to 21.
