Eh, it's a cutesy ad meant to soften an icy candidate, but if that's what they're looking to do, why not more of Hillary actually talking with her mom? That's where the softness is revealed, not in still pictures, set-up shots, and Hillary's mom voicing over that she's swell. This ad seems to suggest she can't even look natural interacting with her mom.
