Since Rep. Charlie Rangel, D-N.Y., is back in the news for his alleged multiple ethics violations, it seems only fitting to remind everyone how the (temporarily stepped down) chairman of the House Ways & Means Committee responded to these allegations in the past. Jason Mattera confronted him on Capitol Hill not too long ago...
