Will Other States Follow Arizona's Lead on Immigration Enforcement?

Politicians in at least five states are now calling for their state legislatures to adopt immigration statutes similar to Arizona's new law. 

According to CBS News, policymakers in Texas, Utah, Georgia, Ohio and Maryland are calling on their states to institute more hard-line immigration laws which mirror Arizona's new law. 

Immigration reform "has to be a priority" in Washington, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said Tuesday. The Arizona law, he added, "could naturally drive each state to creating its own immigration law."
