Welcome to the "New" Bipartisanship

Given that no House Republicans voted in favor of the 1,000 page spending bill that no one has read and that 7 Democrats voted against it. at least for now, "no" is the "bipartisan" position on the bill.

One has to wonder if Senators Specter, Collins and Snowe have any comment on how business is being conducted in the House of Representatives, and if they're proud of how this all has played out.  It's hard not to suspect that, had Republicans railroaded Democrats in this fashion, at least one of them would have been a vigorous critic of the GOP's behavior.

So how 'bout it?
