Senator Boxer Admits "Public Option" Is Alive and Well

On MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow Show tonight, Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) argued that the expansion of Medicaid in Democratic health care plans is, indeed, a “public option”.  Then, supporting expanding Medicare to younger residents, Senator Boxer argued such a move would also amount to a “public option”.
