More "Veep" Vetting Problems for Obama?
Former Deputy Attorney General Erick Holder is coming under scrutiny for his role in the pardon of Marc Rich -- a billionaire who renounced his U.S. citizenship and committed wire fraud.
What is more, despite the FBI's protests, Holder also supported clemency for 16 militant Puerto Rican's known as The Armed Forces of National Liberation (FALN). This group was linked to more than 130 bombings.
Holder is also being looked at because of his role lobbying for Global Crossing, a company that went bankrupt after accruing more than $12 million in debt.
