Chad Pegram, who covers the House for Fox News, just reported House conservatives are calling the bailout vote a "legacy vote" akin to the one on President Clinton's impeachment and Medicare prescription drug.

President Bush is scheduled to make a public address about the bill at 7:30am tomorrow morning and the House may vote at 8am.
