A Sobering Statistic

According to the CDC, one in four teenage girls has an STD.  This is part of the alarm I have been trying to sound in my book, Prude: How the Sex-Obsessed Culture Damages Girls (and America, Too!).  In fact, as shocking as the STD statistic is, it's only part of the damage that giving too much, too soon creates for girls.

Our culture needs to do better -- for the sake of these young women, and for their male counterparts, too.
