Supreme Court Justice Scalia Has Solution For Those Who Don't Like Super PAC Ads

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia brought his usual sense of humor to the question of Super PAC ads on TV thanks to the court's Citizens United decision two years ago:

"People are not stupid. If they don't like it, they'll shut it off," said Scalia, according to the AP.

In the same article, he goes on to say the system is not the fault of the Supreme Court, whose job it is to simply uphold the Constitution, but the politicians who invented it and the voters who follow along. Scalia was giving a presentation for the South Carolin Bar.
