Caught on Tape: Despicable Racism From the NAACP (Updated)

Sure enough, Andrew Breitbart has made good on his word and produced evidence of pure racism--not from the tea party like the NAACP claims, but from inside the NAACP itself:

"I was struggling with the fact that so many black people had lost their farm land, and here I was faced with having to help a white person..."

Furthermore, Ms. Sherrod confesses to practically begging blacks to take government jobs at the US Department of Agriculture — because they won’t get fired:

"Have you heard of anybody in the federal government losing their job?  That's all I need to say..."

May I suggest Ms. Sherrod be the first to go?

Update: Just hours after Breitbart released the video of Sherrod speaking to the NAACP, the Department of Agriculture bureaucrat has resigned.  Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack immediately weighed in with a statement:
“There is zero tolerance for discrimination at USDA, and I strongly condemn any act of discrimination against any person,” Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said in a written statement. “We have been working hard through the past 18 months to reverse the checkered civil rights history at the department and take the issue of fairness and equality very seriously."
Still waiting for a comment from the NAACP...

On a related note, expect more of the same in the days to come.  Breitbart sent a message to the folks at Media Matters earlier tonight via Twitter:
Hey @ericboehlert & the mostly male Caucasian @mmfa 'senior fellows': Get some rest. Tomorrow's gonna be long day & first of many in a row.
Update II: The NAACP has sounded off, reportedly "appalled" by Sherrod's actions, just as they are with "abuses of power against farmers of color and female farmers."  Further, the statement says:
The reaction from many in the audience is disturbing. We will be looking into the behavior of NAACP representatives at this local event and take any appropriate action.
