Ok, fine -- that headline is ~~a tad~~ completely misleading. This is actually new footage of a melee at the Ukrainian Parliament. But isn't it just the slightest bit amusing to daydream about, say, Barney Frank hurling a small bench at a colleague in a fit of rage? (Not that The Tipsheet endorses bedlam and violence, of course! We'll leave that to Sen. Claire McCaskill):
