The Right's Answer to the DNC: Rock the Red

Joe Biden might be crashing the RNC, but Republicans are planning to hand it right back in Charlotte on September 5th with Rock the Red, a "conservative festival" which will "provide an alternative voice to the DNC," as a press release states. Conservative speakers including Tim Scott, Mick Mulvaney, Townhall's own Katie Pavlich, and others will join musical acts the Charlie Daniels Band, Lee Brice, and Travis Tritt for a day of family-friendly fun with a bent to the right. Says the release:

There will be opportunities for local vendors to sell merchandise on “Capitalist Row,” Register to vote, or just to spend an evening out with friends and family. We seek to bring together a diverse group of people, from all walks of life, ethnicities, and religious backgrounds, under one tent, for one cause. Let us not divide through differences, but unite together for a common cause. This is our mission. Funds raised will go to helping candidates get elected in tight races throughout the country-with a strong focus on North Carolina.

If you're in the area, head downtown to the Bojangles Coliseum and rock the red!
