It's a new low for approval ratings for the President, fresh off a round of golf yesterday at the Army Navy Country Club yesterday. Rasumussen credits growing disillusionment with the war in Afghanistan (people are less concerned about a terrorist attack and the President hasn't been effective in communicating why we're there) and mixed reviews on climate change legislation.
