No Bump In Approval Ratings For Obama, Post-Health Care

Obama's approval ratings have been flat since the bill's passage, even though most analysts predicted he would enjoy a very modest bump in the polls. Here's The Examiner's Chris Stirewalt:
...his job approval, support for the health care bill and everything else is pretty much flat since he achieved his victory and five consecutive news cycles of glowing coverage.
I like Victor Davis Hanson's explanation:
Constant campaigning, photo-ops, fluff interviews, adulatory essays in the corrupt media — all this can give a one or two point plus in the polls. But the reasons the bumps are transitory and followed by net losses after a week or two is that the public now realizes we are broke.
Perhaps the tea parties are evidence of this.
