Evolutionary psychologist Satoshi Kanazawa analyzed the IQ scores from "a large national U.S. sample," and found that non-religious, liberal males were on average 6 to 11 points ahead of their counterparts. Analysts said that this fit with the narrative of smarter men using their guiles to avoid being sexually exclusive, as is their biological preference.
