The Shape of ObamaCare

Anthem's (WellPoint's) health insurance price hikes have been big news here in California. President Obama and HHS Secretary Sebelius (along, regrettably, with Republican gubernatorial candidate Steve Poizner) have been quick to make political hay of the health insurance price increases.

But as this insightful editorial from the Wall Street Journal points out, the hikes are necessary because California already has some of the worst features of ObamaCare.
