Any future government-run health care legislation won't include phrases like "gay, lesbian, or transgender" when identifying people. Language in the proposed health care reform indicated that any legislation would "develop standards for the measurement of gender," but Health and Human Spokesman Nicholas Papas confirmed to CNS News yesterday that the interpretation of that wouldn't extend beyond traditional male-female understanding.
