Fathers Are Happier If They Do More Housework

Dr. Caroline Gatrell conducted a study on paternal well-being in the context of employment and workplace stress, called "Work Life Balance: Working for Fathers?" It found that the happiest fathers are ones with children, and wives who work similar hours in the office. Those happy fathers also put in similar time doing housework. From Gatrell:
It is becoming increasingly evident that the expectations that fathers have of the way and amount they are involved directly with their children is altering.
