Steele    37 votes
Cino      30 votes
Wagner  27 votes
Anuzis    22 votes

The only two candidates to gain votes are Wagner, who was last in round 1, and Priebus, who strengthened his lead in the voting from being ahead by 1 to being ahead by 15.
