Rand Paul's Plans: Slash and Burn

"I’m going to work to try to change is the whole government," he told CNN's American Morning today.  "I think both sides -- not just Republicans, not just Democrats -- have shown themselves to be untrustworthy."

Paul is riding a comfortable ten-point wave in Kentucky. That lead had narrowed a little over a week ago, but he's back up on top after a little help from Aqua Buddha. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell did not back Paul in the primary, but if he wins by a large enough margin today, guys like McConnell are going to have to start paying attention to statements like these:
We have unelected bureaucrats now writing the laws... I see these as big governmental reform issues and not just who’s going to be in charge of this or that.
"Huge" turnout is expected in the Bluegrass State... likely because of Paul's popularity.
