Two former Virginia governors have thrown their hat into the ring to replace Virginia U.S. Sen. Jim Webb in 2012 -- first, GOP former Sen. George Allen, and now Democrat Tim Kaine. The Democratic National Committee chairman announced today he would pursue the 2012 run.
