Breitbart Mistakenly Flicks Off Child Soldier Protest, Apologizes

In a brutally honest and entertaining narrative, Andrew Breitbart explains why he was caught giving the middle finger to protesters marching against child soldiers in Africa. He had mistakenly assumed they were protesting the war in Iraq.
About 300 people into the procession, I spotted a sign that had "war" written in it. One T-shirt read, "Stop forcing our children to be your soldiers."

It's a voluntary army, you stupid kids!

...when one dude raised his fist like runners Tommie Smith and John Carlos did at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics, I could not hold myself back.

Breitbart did not realize the errors of his ways until the day after he gave said dude the bird.

The title of his piece is a "I, Jerk" -- a name he is wholly excused from after writing this very poignant apology.
