New Tone: Union Protesters Berate Black Tea Party Member

Where are our self-appointed, sanctimonious civility police when they're most urgently needed?  Watch as Left-wing union members angrily confront a lone African-American tea party demonstrator at a rally in Denver:

Mediaite, hardly a right-wing outfit, calls several of the slurs "racist" and "out-and-out reprehensible."  Perhaps they're referring to the gentleman who repeatedly refers to the tea partier as "son," or the woman who asks him how many children he has..."that you claim."

As many readers will recall, this also isn't the first time a black conservative has endured an ugly encounter with union thugs.  Applying the Left's guilt-by-association standard regarding the Tea Party, these few bad apples must represent the entirety of the union activist community.  The mainstream media obediently and breathlessly reported baseless, unproven accusations of racism concocted by the Congressional Black Caucus during the healthcare debate.  How about some hysterical reportage on this story, guys?

UPDATE -  Apparently, the young man in these videos happens to be gay.  Why do union members hate gay black people?  If these union folks had taken Democratic Congressman Mike Capuano's advice to heart, and had gotten "a little bloody" with this guy, would it have constituted a hate crime?

UPDATE II -  Via Michelle Malkin, things got "a little bloody" in DC earlier today when a union activist lashed out at my friend Tabitha Hale from FreedomWorks, knocking her to the ground.  Class act, this guy:

In his defense, maybe he got a little worked up over inflammatory signs like this.

Parting quote - Paul Krugman on violent political rhetoric:

"Let’s not make a false pretense of balance: it’s coming, overwhelmingly, from the right."

UPDATE III - Still more civility, this time from Ohio (*content warning*):
