VA Attorney General Responds to Undercover Planned Parenthood Video

Here is the statement yesterday evening from the Virginia attorney general's office about the undercover Planned Parenthood video filmed by the group Live Action, saying that the office is still in "fact-finding" mode:

“My office has not yet received the complete and unedited video footage.  However, what I have seen so far is very disturbing.

“After my staff and I review the full video and consult with our state and local regulatory and law enforcement partners, I likely will have more to say about this.  For now, we are in fact-finding mode.”

The group Live Action has published a letter to attorney general Ken Cuccinelli asking that he review the evidence in the video, which shows a Planned Parenthood worker counseling people posing as sex traffickers on how to still get reproductive services. The letter is dated yesterday and asks that Cuccinelli conduct an investigation into Planned Parenthood's compliance with VA laws. The letter adds that Live Action is submitting the raw video footage with the request.
