Biden told a group of lawyers McCain has "never, never, never, never, never, never, never shared the values set that you share." And then he went on to say Big Labor and trial lawyers will protect America from "the barbarians at the gate."

These kind of tit for tat cozy promises are exactly why a lot of people think people like Biden, union thugs and the trial lawyers ARE the barbarians at the gate.
