During the 2024 election, Kamala Harris and Tim Walz ran on a platform of "protecting women's rights" and ensuring equality and justice for women.
Harris lied repeatedly about abortion laws in places like Georgia, blaming such laws for the death of Amber Thurman and vowing to make abortion the law of the land. She also opposed religious exemptions for medical providers.
Tim Walz told men to "think about all the women in your life that you love – daughters, wives, moms, cousins, neighbors. This election is about their lives and protecting their freedoms," and repeatedly said President Trump would "monitor" women's pregnancies.
With all this concern about women and their freedoms, you'd think Democrats like Harris and Walz would be leading the charge to protect women in prison from violent "trans identifying" male inmates.
You'd think wrong.

A violent transgender inmate has been accused of brutally assaulting a female inmate at a Minnesota women's prison.
Nathan Jones, who has a history of domestic violence, was housed in a women's facility because he "identifies" as female.https://t.co/K3k4DbdaQf
Nathan Trevon Jones, 24, who calls himself “Natalia,” is a repeat offender who was most recently convicted of assault in the fifth degree, and was placed in Minnesota’s only female prison, MCF Shakopee, earlier this year.
Jones has been repeatedly found guilty of domestic violence and his criminal record lists six criminal cases for offenses committed within four years. He has been convicted of two misdemeanor and three felony instances of assault and intention to cause “substantial bodily harm.”
In order to protect the identity of the victim or victims, specific details about the assault are not publicly accessible through the Minnesota Court Records system. However, Jones’ crimes display a consistent pattern of escalating violence and stalking.
This is not the first time Democrats have put the feelings of men before the safety of women in prison.
Last September, the Kelsey Bolar of the Independent Women's Forum (IWF) shared horrific stories of women in our nation's prison system who were not only forced to share cells with men, but punished for speaking out. This includes Alissa Kamholz, who considered prison a "safe space" away from the men who raped her throughout her childhood until the California prison system forced her to live with a "trans-identifying" man who frequented the gang hangout where Kamholz was abused. Cathleen Quinn had her parole revoked three weeks prior to her release for reporting that a male would watch her while she used the bathroom. A Jane Doe was raped in the shower by a 6'2" male at the Central California Women's Facility three days after he was moved into her cell.
In August, yet another "trans-identified" male, Justin (Justine) Randall-Pizarro beat a female inmate at Rikers Island. Randall-Pizarro had been arrested 17 times since September 2024 on charges including burglary, reckless endangerment, assault, and larceny of transit property. The victim's mother reported Randall-Pizarro attacked her daughter "from behind, punching her in the face, leaving her with a black eye, and stomping on her hands and head."
The victim suffered a possible broken hand, and her mother alleges the victim was not only denied proper medical care, but was reprimanded, given a citation, and moved to another dorm even though she was not at fault.
Where's Kamala Harris to speak out against the abuses of female inmates in the California prison system? Given her time as a prosecutor and AG, she may have even sent some of them behind bars? Where is Tim Walz? The woman victimized in his prisons is someone's daughter. She may even be someone's wife, mom, cousin, or neighbor.
Why doesn't she warrant any concern from the Democratic Party, which claims to be the "party of women," after all?
We all know why.
