The Trump-Russia collusion story was a myth. It was a manufactured lie peddled by the liberal media that engulfed the nation for over two years. In many ways, we’re not over it. There are still hordes of liberals so deranged, so mind-broken over the 2016 election, that they think the Russian colluded with Trump to tilt the race. Not true. There is no evidence this ever occurred. None. That’s why every single bombshell was a nothingburger. The report from the Mueller probe, which needs a review of its own in the wake of the Flynn fallout, said there was no evidence of Trump-Russia collusion. It also tore the heart out of the document that started this whole circus: the Trump dossier. An unverified piece of political opposition research compiled by ex-British spook Christopher Steele and funded by the Democrats and the Hillary Clinton campaign. The Department of Justice Inspector General’s Office also delivered a kill shot to this document in their report about FISA abuses during the Obama administration. Remember this document was cited as credible evidence in securing a spy warrant against Carter Page, a former foreign policy adviser for the Trump campaign.
With ex-National Security Adviser Michael Flynn now exonerated, the DOJ formally dropping the politically motivated 'lying to the FBI' charges against him, we’re seeing the last bits of this dead collusion carcass fall apart and the stench of malfeasance and malicious prosecution permeate the air. It seems disgraced FBI officials James Comey and Andrew McCabe were out to get Flynn no matter what. Screw department policy, they wanted to entrap Flynn, even after evidence showed he had done nothing wrong. There was no evidence of collusion, certainly not enough to rope him into a counterintelligence investigation. Laws be damned, the Trump deranged FBI/DOJ wanted to get Flynn. Flynn’s lawyer, Sidney Powell, previewed this debacle in October of 2019, where she said new documents will show a plot from top DOJ officials to entrap her client. Well, the documents finally came out, and she said more damaging documents were set to be released. The DOJ dropped the case shortly thereafter.
Flynn was interviewed as part of this Russia collusion nonsense, where the agents who spoke with him admitted that they didn’t think he lied to them. Still, the anti-Trump resistance needed to do what it could to hamstring this new administration. The notes from this interview are compiled into a 302 form. They’re supposed to be done within five days of an interview. The FBI took three weeks to get their 302 form on Flynn submitted. And some familiar names pop up regarding its drafting. Mark Hemingway of Real Clear Investigations has more:
Former FBI agents and federal prosecutors tell RealClearInvestigations that the documents show suspiciously irregular handling and editing of Flynn’s FD-302 form, the official document used to record what happens in FBI interviews. That form served as a key record used to charge Flynn with lying to federal agents. He pleaded guilty to that charge in December 2017 but had been trying to withdraw the plea, arguing, as his lawyer put it, that he was “deliberately set up and framed by corrupt agents at the top of the FBI.”
Since the documents were released last week, much attention has focused on a handwritten note by FBI counterintelligence head Bill Priestap in advance of the January 2017 interview with Flynn that would result in the retired lieutenant general being charged with lying to federal agents: “What is our goal?” Priestap asked, “Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?”
The new irregularities concern what happened after Flynn was interviewed by FBI agents Peter Strzok and Joe Pientka on January 24, 2017 – the interview in which Flynn was alleged to have lied about a December phone call with the Russian ambassador. FBI procedure is that one agent asks questions while another takes notes. Here, lead agent Strzok was the questioner and Pientka was responsible for memorializing the interview. After completing an interview, those notes are required to be organized and written up on an FD-302 form, which then becomes an official document used as evidence in an investigation.

The new Flynn documents shed light on what happened during the unusual three weeks composing the 302. They include texts between Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page, who were communicating extensively during an extramarital affair in which they revealed an anti-Trump bias resulting in their later dismissal from Mueller’s investigation.
In one text, dated February 10, Strzok tells Page he is heavily editing Pientka’s 302 form to the point he’s “trying not to completely re-write” it. Other messages reveal that Page, who did not attend the interview, reviewed the 302 form and made editing suggestions. On February 14, Page texts Strzok, "Is Andy good with the 302?" – presumably referring to FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe. The next day, February 15, the Flynn 302 was officially submitted and filed with the FBI.
FBI supervisors, however, are not supposed to rewrite other agents’ 302 forms. Nor are 302 forms supposed to be edited by FBI personnel who were not present at the interview, and both of these things happened in the Flynn case.
Oh, why hello, McCabe, Strzok, and Page. Fancy seeing you again trying to clip the Trump White House, right? McCabe the noted liar. Strzok and Page, the lovebirds who possibly pulled punches in the Hillary Clinton email server review because they felt the FBI was going too hard on the former first lady. The two who exchanged anti-Trump texts that put the FBI’s credibility and actions during the 2016 election right into the spotlight. And here they are, part of the hatchet crew that was determined to entrap Flynn.
Flynn prosecutor Brandon Van Grack should be in trouble.

How Van Grack's misrepresentations about the Flynn investigation and evidence led Judge Sullivan to issue an inaccurate opinion.
Why a show-cause hearing is appropriate.
Thread.
Van Grack also told Judge Sullivan that he had provided all Brady evidence – and all “information that could reasonably be construed as favorable and material to sentencing.” pic.twitter.com/mv8gvUKaES

Based on these misrepresentations -

Judge Sullivan concluded that the Flynn interview was based on Trump/Russia (it wasn't) and thus his "lies" were material.
New evidence shows Sullivan's conclusion was incorrect. pic.twitter.com/7vxPK5wHLj
Judge Sullivan also wrongly found – based on promises from Van Grack – that the govt had already provided Flynn with favorable/material info on "pre-interview discussions"

This was not the case - as discovered when the govt provided the Strzok messages and Priestap notes. pic.twitter.com/xKJjNqG0nk
Sullivan: “Mr. Flynn’s false statements to the FBI about his conversations with the Russian Ambassador were relevant to the FBI’s [Russian interference] inquiry.”

Again, evidence now shows this to be false – it was a Logan Act inquiry led by FBI leadership. pic.twitter.com/ZJen0i4kjv
AG Barr explains in greater detail:

They kept the Flynn investigation open "for the express purpose of trying to catch, lay a perjury trap for General Flynn."

In 2017, Judge Sullivan wrote in the WSJ that "Judges have a responsibility to take action against unethical prosecutors."

We hope this remains to be true.

This has become one massive American mess. Given this revelation, the Mueller probe should be reviewed, and Comey, McCabe, Sztrok, and Page should be dragged back up to the Hill for more questions. And the FBI needs to be reorganized and those responsible need to have their careers terminated. Fixing the DOJ/FBI will take more than just a facelift.

Remember when the liberal media said it was nuts to say the deep state was real and an FBI plot against Flynn was tinfoil hat nonsense. Yeah, they're wrong again. They're wrong about everything.
