But to make things even more ironic, President Obama used the date to encourage people to vote for his former vice president.

The scariest part of this whole thing: he's proving time and time again he is mentally unfit to be president. He is one election away from the presidency (assuming he beats President Trump). He is the presumptive Democratic nominee. The Democrats have literally folded their cards and put Sleepy Joe Biden on a pedestal. The guy can't remember basic details, how is he going to remember important foreign policy decisions and national security briefings?
We still have another 6 to 7 months before the general election. Things can only go up for here for Joe (or at least that's what his team hopes).
