Here We Go: Rules Committee Will Meet to Launch Schiff’s Next Witch Hunt

The House Rules Committee will meet today to launch Democrat Adam Schiff's next fishing expedition against the Trump administration.

Schiff announced this inquiry a few weeks back, falsely claiming it will be "nonpartisan," and has the green light from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to move forward.

Republican Congressman Jim Jordan is slamming the move and exposing Schiff's true intentions.

During a White House press briefing on the Wuhan coronavirus earlier this month, President Trump called on Democrats to put politics aside as the country and the world continues to manage the crisis.

"I want to remind everyone here in our Nation's Capitol, especially in Congress, that this is not the time for politics, endless partisan investigations, here we go again. They've already done extraordinary damage to our country in recent years," Trump said on April 2. "You see what happens, it's a witch hunt and witch hunt after witch hunt and in the end the people doing the witch hunt have been losing. They've been losing by a lot. And it's not any time for witch hunts, it's time to get this enemy defeated."

"These partisan investigations, in the middle of a pandemic, is really a waste of vital resources: time, attention. We want to fight for American lives, not waste time," he continued. "Everyone knows it's ridiculous. We want to focus on this country."
