The FDA has taken any and every action to approve testing with quick results. This news from Bodysphere is monumental, because the wait time has been a huge hurdle for increasing testing; the typical wait time for results is four to five days. Abbott Laboratories launched a portable test last week that produces results in 5 minutes, also via and emergency approval by the FDA.
