SCOTUS Postpones Oral Arguments

The Supreme Court of the United States announced Monday morning that oral arguments in March will be postponed until April 1st, due to COVID-19. Oral arguments were scheduled for March 23-25 and March 30-April 1st.

This move by the court is most definitely unprecedented.

Postponing oral arguments also includes the controversial case regarding President Trump’s tax returns, and whether or not they must be publicly available.

The high court will still meet for conference, as regularly scheduled, on March 20th.
