Voters in a multitude of states will head to the polls for Super Tuesday primaries, with a large chunk of delegates at stake. The Democratic primary has shifted in the last 72 hours, with Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) and Pete Buttigieg exiting the race. Both have since endorsed former Vice President Joe Biden. Alongside Biden, Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Bernie Sanders (D-VT), and former Mayor of New York Mike Bloomberg remain as viable candidates in the race. Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) has not yet exited the race, but has not been present on the debate stage in 2020. There are a total of 1,357 delegates from 14 states plus the American Samoa territory at stake on Super Tuesday.

Sen. Sanders is in the lead thus far, but former Vice President Biden saw a huge win in South Carolina’s primary over the weekend. Coupled with endorsements from Sen. Klobuchar, Pete Buttigieg, Beto O’Rourke, Harry Reid and Susan Rice, with more establishment endorsements expected, the former vice president may have the morale boost he needed.
