Democrat Congresswoman Ilhan Omar is incensed the United States has killed the world's leading Islamic terrorist, Iranian General Qassem Soleimani.
We are outraged the president would assassinate a foreign official, possibly setting off another war without Congressional authorization and has zero plan to deal with the consequences.

But of course you know that. https://t.co/GzfdKilV4t
On her Twitter feed, Omar condemns President Trump for approving the drone strike but doesn't condemn Soleimani or any of his actions. Soleimani is responsible for the murder and maiming of thousands of Americans.
Omar has a history of sympathizing with terrorists. She's refused to condemn Hamas, a terrorist organization funded by Iran, Hezbollah, a proxy of Iran and asked a judge to give leniency for a Somali man who pledged allegiance to the Islamic State.
As for the issue of congressional authorization, imminent attacks against Americans in the Middle East were being planned by Soleimani. President Trump took defensive action to prevent them.
According the the Obama Department of Defense, Qasem Soleimani was a terrorist directly responsible for the murder of over 500 US service men & women. Why are congressional Dems outraged that he’s finally dead? See more: https://t.co/7MrD4tyM5y https://t.co/cKYSPLSLmj

The families of 600 dead American soldiers and thousands of innocent civilians killed at the direction of #Suleimani’s direction do not see this as a “distraction.” @IlhanMN I have congressional authority and preventing the deaths of more Americans was appropriate & proportional. https://t.co/hRjZ7wqv7o

.@ChrisMurphyCT This was an act self defense to prevent further attacks against our Military. Congressional authorization not required. To wait for #Suleimani to put more Americans in body bags would be irresponsible of @realDonaldTrump as CINC. This is a win for America ???? #Iran https://t.co/UCRnmFNnd7

UPDATE: Fellow "squad" member Rashida Tlaib, also a terror sympathizer, is also upset.

We cannot stay silent as this lawless President recklessly moves us closer to yet another unnecessary war that puts innocent lives at risk at home & across the globe. Congress alone has the authority to declare war, & we must reclaim our responsibility & say no to war with Iran.
