After Montgomery County Reportedly Backtracks on Sanctuary Policy, They Release a Child Molester

Montgomery County, Maryland has just put a child molester who has no right to be in the country back on the streets, according to ABC 7 News. The report comes days after Montgomery County reportedly reversed some of its sanctuary policies that have helped turn the county into a safe haven for criminal illegal aliens.

For months, Townhall has covered a growing number of illegal alien rapists flocking to the county to avoid federal immigration authorities. Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich signed the disastrous sanctuary policy into law earlier this year. 

While the county has been criticized for allowing criminal aliens to run amuck, the county has, in turn, denounced its critics as "neo-Nazi sympathizers." After so many violent crimes, it appears even the county has now decided to rollback some of its harmful policies. But the rollback announced earlier this week apparently doesn't go far enough. 

ABC 7 reporter Kevin Lewis says ICE has informed him that Montgomery County just released another illegal alien, Luis Fredy Hernandez-Morales, a Guatemalan who stands accused of molesting an 11-year-old girl. 

While it's reported that county officials are now permitted to cooperate with ICE on a limited basis, the county is apparently still refusing to hold individuals charged with violent crimes and subject to pending immigration detainers issued by ICE.

Reporter Kevin Lewis reached out to County Executive Marc Elrich's press office for comment, but it sounds like Elrich no longer knows what's going on in his own county.
