Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) showed off his moderate chops again during an interview with Fox News anchor Neil Cavuto this week when the host asked him who he's considering voting for president. We got a good sense of who he's not voting for after he laughed off Cavuto's suggestion that he support Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT).

"I think Bernie brings a lot to the table," Manchin said. "He makes you think a little bit. Kind of gets the blood boiling and stirring everything, but it’s not practical where I come from."
For good measure Manchin threw in a dig at Sanders's Medicare for All plan.
"Bernie keeps saying Medicare for All and I say, 'Bernie, we can’t even pay for Medicare for Some.'"
"It doesn’t make sense at all," the senator said of Sanders's health care proposal.
It's just as noteworthy that Manchin did not rule out voting for President Trump when Cavuto asked him what he'd do if it came down to him and Sanders.
"It wouldn't be Bernie," Manchin quickly said.
Cavuto pressed him for an answer three times, asking matter of factly if that means he's going to vote for the president.
"Let's just say I'm going to make decisions that are best for my country and my state," Manchin said after some hesitation.
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) just revealed the price tag for her own Medicare for All proposal, and that's certainly not going to win over Manchin either.
