Former special counsel Robert Mueller will testify before the House Judiciary and House Intelligence Committees on Wednesday, July 17. The official times were posted just this morning.

Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA), the panel's ranking member, offered a quick preview on Fox News Thursday morning. He was especially fuming over Chairman Jerry Nadler's (D-NY) handling of the hearing. There are 41 members on the committee, but it seems like only 22 members will be able to ask Mueller questions.
"This committee got rolled," according to Collins.
But it's not just a personal slight against them. It's also against House rules, he alleged.

"Each committee shall apply the
5-minute rule during the questioning of witnesses...until
such time as each member of the committee who so desires has had an opportunity."
In the time the panelists are allotted, Collins suggested that perhaps they can ask Mueller "why he didn’t do some things in his report."
If nothing else, though, the hearing is going to demonstrate once again that "nothing is there" in terms of President Trump's reportedly colluding with Russia.
"This is the Democrats' closing statement," Collins hoped.
He also sounded off on the subpoenas Democrats seem to handing out left and right. A dozen of those subpoenas have been sent to individuals who have already spent hours with Mueller and his team. It makes no sense to the ranking member.

Former Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) said he "doesn't think" the Democrats are ready for primetime and that this hearing will backfire on them. They are attempting to appease a small minority of the population with yet another Russian collusion charade. The Mueller report, he said, is old news.
"These clowns in Congress keep going over months old report...They’re distracting the American people in a very inappropriate way," Chaffetz remarked on Fox News.
